Once you have had a property appraisal together we agree on a marketing price. We can then order your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) if you haven’t already got one in place.
Your property is now ‘For Sale’
Your property will be advertised at our town centre office, our distinctive ‘For Sale’ board will then be put up at your property. Your property will be widely advertised online on Zoopla.co.uk, Primelocation.com. FindaProperty.com, Globrix.com, Homes24.co.uk, The Telegraph, The Times, AOL, MSN, Talk Talk and many more, as well as on our own website. Your property details will also be mailed to our registered buyers who are looking for a property like yours.
We organise all viewings with you and then provide any feedback or offers that follow
All offers and negotiations will be managed by Quick Move Estate Agency. Once you are happy with an offer your property will be marked as ‘Under Offer’ and we will move the sale forward as quickly as possible.
The conveyance process then begins.
Conveyancing effectively managed
We then maintain contact with your solicitor, the buyer and the buyer’s solicitor; this in turn ensures we get you through to completion as hassle free and quickly as possible.
